7 suspects arrested in connection with the murder of Kubilay Kaan Kundakçı: Izzet Yıldızhan among them

The investigation into the murder of Kars36 Spor footballer Kubilay Kaan Kundakçı in Ümraniye continues.

Kundakçı lost his life after being subjected to an armed attack during a meeting he attended to reconcile rapper Vahap Canbay and singer Aleyna Kalaycıoğlu.

Kundakçı's funeral was held in his hometown of Sakarya.

Launching an effort to shed light on the murder, police teams detained a total of 10 suspects, including Aleyna Kalaycıoğlu, her mother, and folk singer Izzet Yıldızhan.

Eight suspects, including Aleyna Kalaycıoğlu, Zuhal Kalaycıoğlu, and Alaattin Kadayıfçıoğlu, were referred to the Kartal Anatolian Courthouse in the morning after their procedures at the police station were completed.

3 suspects released

B.K. was released without any judicial control measures following their statement to the prosecutor, while Z.K. and A.Ö. were released under judicial control conditions.

7 suspects arrested

Seven suspects, including Aleyna Kalaycıoğlu, Alaattin Kadayıfçıoğlu, and Izzet Yıldızhan, were arrested by the duty magistrate judge and sent to prison.
