9 parliamentary immunity files concerning 7 deputies submitted to the Grand National Assembly of Turkey
Nine new parliamentary immunity files concerning 7 deputies have been submitted to the Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM).
Presidential summaries regarding the lifting of legislative immunity have been sent by the Speaker of the Assembly to the Joint Committee, composed of members of the Constitutional and Justice Committees. The files of CHP Group Chairman Özgür Özel, CHP Aydın Deputy Hüseyin Yıldız, CHP İstanbul Deputy Suat Özçağdaş, New Way Party (Yeni Yol Partisi) Ankara Deputy Mesut Doğan, CHP İstanbul Deputy Oğuz Kaan Salıcı, CHP Ordu Deputy Mustafa Adıgüzel, and CHP İzmir Deputy Murat Bakan were submitted to the Joint Committee.
Additionally, there are 3 previously submitted files concerning CHP Group Chairman Özel currently before the Committee.
