Journalist Cüneyt Özdemir's mother, Hamiyet Özdemir, who passed away, was laid to rest in her hometown of Çorum following a funeral prayer.
Journalist Cüneyt Özdemir's mother, Hamiyet Özdemir, who passed away, was laid to rest in Çorum. Hamiyet Özdemir's body was brought to the Akşemseddin Mosque in Çorum for burial.
Following the funeral prayer held after the noon prayer, Özdemir was interred at the Hıdırlık Cemetery.
The funeral was attended by Çorum Mayor Halil İbrahim Aşgın, Provincial Police Chief Arif Pehlivan, the Özdemir family and their relatives, Cüneyt Özdemir's colleagues, and citizens.
