Absolute nullity ruling expected, he is coming back: Kılıçdaroğlu claim
TGRT Haber Ankara Representative Fatih Atik shared inside information regarding the lawsuit filed against the CHP's 38th Ordinary Congress, held on November 4-5, 2023.
Claiming that the court has requested Kılıçdaroğlu's list, Atik argued that the court will issue an absolute nullity ruling after the holiday and that Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu will return.
Speaking on a program he attended on TGRT Haber TV, TGRT Haber Ankara Representative Fatih Atik stated that there has been a new development in the case, saying that the appellate court has requested the management list from Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu.
Atik used the words, "The appellate court requested Kılıçdaroğlu's list. A call committee could be appointed for the CHP."
Emphasizing that an absolute nullity ruling will be issued after the holiday, Atik stated, "Absolute nullity will come to the CHP. Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu is coming back to the CHP."
Atik further continued his claims with the words, "As his first act, Kılıçdaroğlu will expel İmamoğlu and his team."

DENIAL FROM CHP'S LAWYER
CHP lawyer Çağlar Çağlayan denied the news that "The court requested the delegate list," which was the basis for Fatih Atik's claim, during a broadcast on Tele2 where he was a guest:
"The court has no such request. For the appellate court to be able to do this, it must first overturn the existing decision anyway."
