Access ban on Can Dündar's YouTube channel

According to Engelli Web, the decision has been forwarded to internet service providers. 

While it is not yet known which judgeship issued the decision, the channel has not yet been made invisible from Turkey by YouTube.

Can Dündar had been targeted by pro-government media due to his video titled "Only one way left: The street," in which he evaluated the situation within the CHP. 

Dündar had stated, "The CHP management has made a decision to ignore the court ruling with a timely move, meaning they will resist. Gürsel Tekin may attempt to enter the CHP provincial building on Monday. The CHP can defend its provincial building with mass support, just as it defended the municipal building. Those who have abolished the rule of law have paved the way for the right to civil disobedience. From now on, it is a period of 'might makes right'; the CHP has only one way out: to be on the street, to stay on the street, and to use its legitimate power coming from the street." 

Journalist Can Dündar, who is based in Germany, was sentenced to 27 years and 6 months in prison due to his report on the MİT trucks being transported to Syria.
