Access ban request for footage in the Sarallar case! He had been accused of taking bribes...

A new development has emerged regarding the Sarallar criminal organization, which has been on the public agenda for a long time and was announced to have been dismantled by Minister Yerlikaya on November 14, 2023.

The judge, whom criminal organization member Barış Saral accused of taking bribes during the hearing, has requested that access to the footage be blocked.

According to the report by İsmail Arı from BirGün; the footage in which Barış Saral, one of the leading figures of the Sarallar criminal organization, accused the presiding judge of bribery during the hearing had been published on the internet.

The footage, whose source and publisher remain unknown, had become a major topic of discussion. In the video, Barış Saral had said to the presiding judge, "There is bribery here. I exclude the panel and the president, you are a bribe-taker. File a lawsuit against me so that I can prove it all."

Following the rapid spread of the footage, it was revealed that the President of the Istanbul 10th High Criminal Court filed a criminal complaint with the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office on December 5, 2023, requesting that the "video recording be blocked from access and removed from publication."
