Adjournment decision in the second hearing of the H.K.G. case

The verdict rendered in the "Qualified Sexual Abuse of a Child" case at the Istanbul Anadolu 2nd High Criminal Court had been overturned by the Istanbul Regional Court of Justice following an appellate review on the grounds that the defendants were given insufficient sentences.
The first hearing had been postponed because the defense attorneys for the accused did not attend the hearing, citing valid excuses.
Following the reversal decision, the second hearing of the case was held today at 10:00 AM at the Istanbul Anadolu 2nd High Criminal Court.
There is a confidentiality order in the case.
The prosecutor's opinion was presented in the case. The detention status of the defendants continues.
