Adverse weather disrupts maritime transport: Some İDO and BUDO services cancelled
Due to adverse weather conditions in the Sea of Marmara, some services of Bursa Sea Buses (BUDO) and Istanbul Sea Buses (İDO) have been cancelled.
Bursa Metropolitan Municipality-operated Bursa Sea Buses (BUDO) will be unable to operate 14 of its services due to adverse weather conditions.
In an announcement on BUDO's website, it was reported that 14 reciprocal sea bus services scheduled for today between 07:00 and 19:00, covering routes between Istanbul (Eminönü/Sirkeci)-Bursa (Mudanya), Bursa (Mudanya)-Istanbul (Eminönü/Sirkeci), Istanbul (Eminönü/Sirkeci)-Armutlu (İhlas), Armutlu (İhlas)-Istanbul (Eminönü/Sirkeci), and Armutlu (İhlas)-Bursa (Mudanya), have been cancelled.
In a statement made by İDO;
The 07:45 Bandırma-Yenikapı-Kadıköy and 12:00 Kadıköy-Yenikapı-Bandırma services have been cancelled due to adverse weather conditions.
