The adverse weather conditions that have been affecting Istanbul for some time have also impacted IDO services. Some trips have been cancelled.
The expected snowfall in Istanbul did not occur. Instead, heavy rainfall and freezing temperatures, which have taken the entire city under their influence, have negatively affected daily life.
In addition, the adverse weather, which also caused disruptions in IDO maritime services, led to the cancellation of some trips.
WHICH TRIPS WERE CANCELLED?

In a statement made on IDO's official website, it was stated that the 16:00 trip scheduled for 01.01.2025 on the Avşa-Marmara-Yenikapı-Bostancı line has been cancelled due to adverse weather conditions.
No other cancelled trips have been announced in the official notice yet.
ADDITIONAL TRIPS ADDED

Following the cancellation of the Avşa maritime trip, the maritime transport company announced that additional trips have been added to the Pendik-Yalova and Yalova-Pendik routes to be operated in the final days of 2024 and throughout January.
