Agreements with two countries published in the Official Gazette
Two international agreements made with Azerbaijan and Gabon have been published in the Official Gazette with the signature of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
According to the information in the Official Gazette, the "Agreement on Cooperation in the Field of Migration between the Government of the Republic of Türkiye and the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan," signed in the capital on June 6, 2024, between Ankara and Baku, has been approved.
With this agreement, cooperation in the field of migration will be carried out, emphasizing the importance of mutual cooperation, particularly in the fight against irregular migration.
Regarding the agreement with Gabon, the "Protocol on the Exchange of Land for Diplomatic Missions between the Government of the Republic of Türkiye and the Government of the Gabonese Republic," signed in Antalya on March 3, 2024, has also entered into force.
Accordingly, the two countries have agreed to improve the working conditions of their diplomatic missions in Ankara and Libreville in order to further develop friendly relations.
