In Istanbul's Beyoğlu district yesterday evening, Sabiha Sezer Kısacıkoğlu, the lawyer granddaughter of the 10th President Ahmet Necdet Sezer, was involved in an altercation.

According to allegations, as Kısacıkoğlu was walking with her lawyer friend, a group of motorcyclists passed by them at high speed. At that moment, her friend reacted to the group of motorcyclists.

ARGUMENT ENSUED, HE DREW HIS GUN

Following the reaction from lawyer Özgün Karahan, an argument broke out. Those in the group got off their motorcycles and continued the argument. As the dispute escalated, Kısacıkoğlu's friend, lawyer Özgün Karahan, drew his licensed firearm. The lawyer began arguing with the group while holding the gun.

SHE JUMPED IN FRONT OF HER FRIEND'S GUN

Upon these events, Kısacıkoğlu stepped in front of her armed colleague, attempting to prevent the fight from escalating. The entire moment was recorded on a mobile phone as Kısacıkoğlu tried to stop her friend from using the weapon. Following a report, police teams arrived at the scene. Both groups were taken to the Beyoğlu District Police Department to have their statements taken.

THEY FILED A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE LAWYER

It was learned that lawyer Karahan did not file a complaint against the motorcyclists. However, it was learned that the young motorcyclists filed a complaint against Karahan. It was reported that the prosecutor's office decided there were no grounds for prosecution regarding the incident.
