Ahmet Zeki Üçok announces 'I will file a criminal complaint': It will not go unpunished

Üçok stated, "I would like to inform the Ministry of National Defense sources, who are afraid to reveal their identities, that I will also file a criminal complaint against those who banned retired military personnel from entering officers' clubs."

Üçok wrote the following:

"I am filing a lawsuit in the Administrative Court with a request to refer the matter to the Constitutional Court for the cancellation of the Ministry of National Defense's administrative action banning retired military personnel from entering military social facilities and officers' clubs, as well as the relevant articles of the laws and regulations used as a pretext for the arbitrary banning of their entry to social facilities. 

In violation of the Human Rights Convention, our Constitution, and the law,  I will also file a criminal complaint against those who, without any legal basis and in an arbitrary manner, banned retired military personnel—who expose their own shortcomings—from entering officers' clubs...

To the Ministry of National Defense sources who are afraid to reveal their identities,  I submit this for your information. 

None of the unlawful acts you commit will go unpunished."
