Ahsen TV presenter's daughter targets İmamoğlu and Istanbul citizens: 'Rubble suits you'

Mervenur Yapraklıoğlu, daughter of Ahsen TV presenter Bülent Yapraklıoğlu, targeted Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu and the citizens of Istanbul in posts shared on her social media account.

Calling İmamoğlu the 'liar of the century,' Yapraklıoğlu also told the citizens of Istanbul, "Pushing buses and living in rubble suits you."

"As Ahsen TV, we have decided to reward this success of Ekrem İmamoğlu. Ekrem İmamoğlu has achieved a success unseen in 100 years. He told millions of lies; Ekrem İmamoğlu has been deemed worthy of the 'liar of the century' award. As Ahsen TV, we must give credit where it is due. Ekrem İmamoğlu, this is your due. As for the Istanbul electorate, you have reached the peak of dishonesty; you have chosen this person who has not cared about your troubles and has even made you 'push' buses, so you are the ones who truly deserve the award. But one must not forget: do some cardio every morning before pushing the buses. Because pushing buses and living in rubble suits you. Failing suits you; wallowing in mud and swamps suits you. The people of Istanbul, you are the ones who should receive the award before Ekrem."
