Ajda Pekkan's statement on stray animals: 'Then put me to sleep too'

One of the most valuable names in Turkish pop music, Ajda Pekkan, touched upon the widely discussed draft law concerning stray animals during her concert in Antalya where she met with her fans.

"THEY DON'T HARM ANYONE"

According to the report by Temiz Magazin, Ajda Pekkan said, "Please speak up. I beg you, if I mean anything to you at all. They are innocent; they don't ask for water, they don't ask for food. If you give it to them, they eat. They don't harm anyone. Of course, when there are stray dogs, there are people who get scared, and there are those who act wrongly, and the animals understand this too."

"THEY ARE INNOCENT"

Pekkan continued her speech with these words: "I have reached a point where I am a bit of a radical type. Don't look at my performance on stage. Then put us to sleep too," she said, concluding her remarks.
