AKOM issues 'freezing' cold weather warning to Istanbul residents: 'One more day'

According to the latest weather forecasts from the Meteorology Department, the temperature felt at night will drop to as low as minus 4 degrees. AKOM has issued a warning to citizens against frost and icing.
