AKP Balıkesir Metropolitan Mayor Yücel Yılmaz issues threat: 'If they don't change their stance by Friday...'

AKP Balıkesir Metropolitan Mayor Yücel Yılmaz met with members of the Balıkesir Vegetable and Fruit Sellers Chamber, the Balıkesir Haberdashers Chamber, and their families at an iftar program held at the Balkonuk Wedding Hall.

"IF THEY DON'T CHANGE THEIR STANCE BY FRIDAY..."

Drawing attention with a speech containing threats directed at business people and tradespeople in Balıkesir, Yılmaz said the following:

''We will continue to manage Balıkesir in agreement with the people of Balıkesir, but as they say, 'the wolf survives the winter but does not forget the frost it endured.' I am addressing the business people; I hear that they are saying, 'Yücel Yılmaz has learned this job very well, he is managing the city very well, he gave very high salaries to the workers, and he is loved by everyone in the city. If we don't stop him, this will happen, that will happen.' I hear these things, but if they don't change their stance by Friday, the ballot box will be in front of us on Sunday. And after that, as they say, 'the wolf survives the winter but does not forget the frost it endured.' There will be a reckoning for this city with those who do not promise us their support and who work behind our backs despite all our relations. Standing against anyone who wants to harm this city will be, first the AK Party, and then Yücel Yılmaz.''
