AKP Deputy Chairman Efkan Ala responds to 'TUSAŞ' attack: 'We responded by bringing their hideouts down on their heads'

Speaking at the AKP Sincan 8th Ordinary District Congress held at the Sinan Şamil Sam Sports Complex, Ala offered his condolences to the families of those who were martyred in the terrorist attack on TUSAŞ and wished a speedy recovery to the injured. Ala said, "The whole world knows the struggle we are waging against terrorism.

Immediately following this attack, we entered their lairs in northern Syria and Iraq, and we have responded and continue to respond by bringing those places where they hide down on their heads," he stated.

"WE HAVE THE EXPERIENCE TO SOLVE THESE ISSUES"

Emphasizing that terrorism is trying to undermine stability not only in Turkey but in the entire region, Ala said, "As the heir to a great state, the Ottoman Empire, we have very serious experience in how to resolve these issues."

"EXTERNAL FORCES ARE SUPPORTING IT"

Stating that they are all witnessing the events occurring right next to Turkey, Ala remarked, "What is happening in Gaza and Palestine, where we feel the heat in our hearts and are consumed by new news every day, is unfolding before the eyes of the whole world. For more than a year, humanity has been bombed in Gaza. Human values and the conscience of humanity are being destroyed by the Netanyahu government, which uses terrorist methods. External forces are standing behind this and supporting Netanyahu's terrorist methods."

Stating that a state should not act like an organization, Ala noted that Israel is bombing schools, hospitals, civilian settlements, children, women, and civilians.

Emphasizing that as a nation they stand against the banditry occurring in Palestine, Ala said that President and AKP Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, with the support he received from his nation, looked leaders in the eye at the United Nations General Assembly and voiced what is happening in Gaza loudly.

"OUR RESPONSIBILITY BORDERS ARE VERY WIDE"

Underlining that the nation needs to unite more in light of the developments in the region, Ala said, "Turkey is bigger than Turkey. Not only Turkey, but Gaza, Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Kosovo, Bosnia, and Karabakh also need a strong Turkey. That is why we know our physical borders, but our responsibility borders are very wide. We must never forget our responsibility borders."
