AKP deputy obtains access ban on news reports regarding fake diploma adjustment
Following a fake diploma scandal, AKP Kırşehir Deputy Necmettin Erkan had removed the mention of Balkan University from his resume. Erkan has now secured an access ban on news reports concerning this action.
AKP Kırşehir Deputy Necmettin Erkan made statements regarding the allegations of a fake diploma that had surfaced about him.
Erkan stated that these allegations were baseless and claimed that a smear campaign was being conducted against him.
Following the allegations, it was noted that the mention of "Balkan University" was removed from Erkan's biography on the Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM) website.
Erkan has obtained an access ban on news reports regarding this step he took.
