AKP district chair involved in traffic accident

The AKP Samsat District Chair was injured in a traffic accident.

AKP Samsat District Chair Osman Idacı and Deputy Chair Nurettin Orhan were involved in a traffic accident while traveling to Adıyaman to participate in meetings and preparatory work for President and AKP Chair Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's upcoming visit to the city.

According to the information obtained, the vehicle with license plate 07 EVC 097, driven by AKP Samsat District Chair Osman Idacı, lost steering control in the Sahabe area while heading to Adıyaman, veered off the road, and rolled into a ditch. Idacı and his deputy, Nurettin Orhan, who are not in life-threatening condition, were taken to Adıyaman Training and Research Hospital by citizens and placed under treatment.

Samsat Mayor Halil Fırat, who made a statement regarding the incident, noted that District Chair Osman Idacı and Deputy Chair Nurettin Orhan had the accident while traveling to the city center for preparations for President Erdoğan's Adıyaman program, stated that the injured were not in life-threatening condition, and wished them a speedy recovery.
