While the photo of the lobster that Şebnem Bursalı shared from the Monaco Yacht Club was criticized on social media, AKP figures also expressed their reactions.
AKP Central Decision and Executive Board (MKYK) member Mücahit Birinci had stated, "While our nation is struggling with the cost of living, while the people are looking for solutions, and while our state is working tooth and nail to fix the economy, you cannot go and eat lobster in Monaco; and even if you did, you cannot share it! If you did share it, then you will resign from this party."
