AKP's Birinci makes surprising statement: 'CHP made the right decision, don't make me talk'
AKP lawyer Mücahit Birinci evaluated the AKP's Imralı decision on his social media account. Birinci also stated that he found the CHP's decision not to go to Imralı to be correct.
Birinci reacted to the National Solidarity, Brotherhood and Democracy Commission's visit to Imralı. Birinci said, "You went to Apo's side, well, what can come of Apo? They say the CHP looks like it's against the solution. Look, the CHP made the most correct decision in its history.
They say they are in the commission but they won't go to Apo. They say the CHP lost Kurdish votes. Well, if this Apo had any influence on votes... Don't make me talk. Remember 2019," he said.
AKP's Mücahit Birinci used striking expressions in the statement he made on his social media account.
Claiming that Öcalan is aging and has no resonance among Kurds, Birinci said that comments suggesting the CHP would lose votes are unrealistic.
Birinci used the following expressions:
"We think it will last forever.
The guy you call Apo is 76 years old...
What kind of solution partner will he be and what will he solve? The man will be gone in 3-5 years...
The state projects 15-20 years into the future. Can there be such a shallow move?
You went to Apo's side, well, what can come of Apo? They say the CHP looks like it's against the solution...
Look, the CHP made the most correct decision in its history. They say they are in the commission but they won't go to Apo.
They say the CHP lost Kurdish votes. Well, if this Apo had any influence on votes... Don't make me talk. Remember 2019..."
