Reaction from AKP's Metin Külünk to Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu over meeting with İmamoğlu

Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited İBB Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu, who emerged victorious from the March 31 Local Elections.

Sharing about the visit on his social media account, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, "We visited Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mr. Ekrem İmamoğlu and conveyed our best wishes."

Former AKP MYK member and deputy Metin Külünk reacted to Hisarcıklıoğlu's meeting with İmamoğlu.

In a post on his social media account, Külünk claimed that Hisarcıklıoğlu was looking for a new port for himself and that he was managing TOBB like a 'feudal lord'.

Külünk's post is as follows:

"We know opportunists and those who hide their true faces behind a smiling facade very well.

This country has suffered greatly from those who have acted like feudal lords in the institution they have been part of in Ankara for years, and from models without a stance who have made it a principle to be the winner of every era.

We know those opportunists well, who stand at attention before every government,

and who look for new ports for themselves according to the circumstances.

But we would also like to say one thing,

and we sincerely hope that those who need to know, will know.

Does anyone think that people don't understand what message they want to give with the photo they provided after the election to Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, who stood by them without hesitation during my most difficult times?"
