AKP's Tayyar reports on the latest developments in the 'absolute nullity' case against CHP: It is known that Bahçeli is opposed
AKP's Şamil Tayyar shared information on his social media account regarding the course of the 'absolute nullity' case being pursued over the CHP's party congress.
Tayyar continues to share behind-the-scenes information he hears regarding the political agenda. In his latest post, AKP's Tayyar claimed that there is a disagreement within the 'palace' regarding the CHP's absolute nullity case.
Here is that post by Şamil Tayyar:
"Let me report the latest developments regarding the 'absolute nullity' case in the CHP.
As is known, the local court in the appellate file had rejected the request for absolute nullity without entering into the merits.
While evaluating the appeal request, the appellate court requested files from local courts in Istanbul and Ankara regarding the claim that the delegate will was compromised at the 38th congress where Özgür Özel was elected chairman.
The appellate court, having evaluated all the evidence, was expected to upload its decision in the form of 'absolute nullity' to UYAP tomorrow.
It was postponed in a surprising manner.
It is considered unlikely that the decision will be issued within the month of May.
It seems that the debate on this issue will continue for at least another month.
Furthermore, it is known that some authorized figures in the AK Party and MHP leader Bahçeli are opposed to an 'absolute nullity' decision.
There are also claims being discussed that wise figures, who believe it would not be right for internal debates to flare up before the outcome of the Iran war is clear, are shuttling between politics and the judiciary.
The rumor that some figures in the CHP administration have also sent messages of 'cooperation' to the People's Alliance to prevent the decision from being issued is another topic of discussion in the corridors.
Aside from these claims, the appellate court is not expected to make a decision within the month of May."
