AKP's plan for meeting with Assad revealed: A two-stage action plan

AKP Chairman and Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Syrian leader Bashar al-Assad's potential meeting remains on the agenda as new details emerge.

Writing that a multi-component study on migrants is being conducted, Gazete Pencere columnist Nuray Babacan shared the details: "There is a new project that includes the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Interior, and the General Staff. The establishment of a coordination board for migration management within the Presidency is on the table."

Stating that the coordination of these preparations is being handled by Cevdet Yılmaz, Nuray Babacan noted that according to information she received from behind-the-scenes sources, there will be a new two-stage action plan: "1-Integration policies 2- Repatriation of asylum seekers..."
