The election song prepared by the AKP for Istanbul has been revealed.
It was reported that the title of the song is "You Are Our Love, Istanbul".
The music video for the song, prepared under the title "You Are Our Love, Istanbul," was shared with the public on social media by AKP Istanbul Provincial Chairman Osman Nuri Kabaktepe.
The video, enriched with details regarding the field work of the AK Party Istanbul organization, received appreciation on social media in a short time.
The lyrics of the song are as follows:
"You are our love, Istanbul/You are our cause, Istanbul/We were born into your hands, we pledged our lives to your path/The time has come, Istanbul once again
For thousands of years, lives have been sacrificed for you/You are priceless, you are always the cure for my troubles/The dream I have envisioned/Whoever sees my city once becomes addicted to it
You are the sultan of cities, my love/You are the inspiration of poets/You are the greatest opportunity for those who want to succeed, my love/You are a heralded call
I have heard many lies, I cannot believe them/The time has come to rise up again/My city wants, be a servant, not a ruler/We have been training for this for 20 years
The same spirit, the same cause, the same meaning/Even if years pass, you are an endless love for us/Istanbul, you have been pure and clean since the beginning of time/Let those who deserve it light your torch
You are our love, Istanbul/You are our cause, Istanbul/We were born into your hands, we pledged our lives to your path/The time has come, Istanbul once again."
