According to information on the Disaster and Emergency Management Authority's website, a 3.5 magnitude earthquake with its epicenter in the center of Kütahya was recorded at 09:03. It was determined that the earthquake occurred at a depth of 9.81 kilometers. It was reported that there was no loss of life or property in the city, where a brief moment of panic was experienced.
