While the Turkish agenda is occupied with illegal betting operations, expert psychiatrist Arif Verimli made an important statement on his X account.

Drawing attention to gambling addiction in Turkey, the expert psychiatrist stated:

“In my practice, I am seeing more gambling, betting, and virtual gaming/virtual betting behavioral disorders and addictions than I have ever seen in my professional life. This addiction often co-occurs with alcohol and substance use (especially cannabis and cocaine).

There will be a massive social explosion in this area…” he said.
