It has been learned that former Fenerbahçe president Ali Koç has initiated legal proceedings after security camera recordings from the Bebek Hotel were presented to the public as if they were linked to a "drug operation." It was stated that after the footage in question was shared on various platforms, Koç filed a criminal complaint through his lawyers.

According to information shared by İbrahim Haskoloğlu, efforts were made to associate Ali Koç with a case he has absolutely no connection to. The same sources stated that it is not even clear where or when the shared camera recordings were taken, and that despite this, the circulation of footage from a private space constitutes a crime under the scope of privacy violations and the KVKK.
According to the information obtained, it was emphasized that Ali Koç has no connection to the operation in question and was unaware of it. Sources also noted that Koç had left the venue in accordance with his own schedule before the incident occurred.
CRIMINAL COMPLAINT FILED
It was noted that Ali Koç has filed a criminal complaint with the prosecutor's office against the individuals and social media accounts that disseminated the footage, made baseless allegations about him, and attempted to associate him with an unrelated criminal file.
