All eyes were on Bahçeli: MHP's group meeting decision
It has been learned that the MHP, which holds a group meeting every Tuesday, will not hold one today.
The MHP group meeting, which usually begins at 10:45 AM every Tuesday at the Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM), will not be held today.
The group meetings scheduled for Tuesday will proceed with the DEM Party starting at 12:45 PM and the CHP at 1:30 PM.
According to a report by Hilal Köylü from Serbestiyet, MHP sources stated, "Meetings were held with provincial chairs at the headquarters yesterday; we are skipping today's group meeting."
SUPPORTED THE DECISION TO DISMISS LIEUTENANTS
MHP leader Devlet Bahçeli had supported the decision regarding the lieutenants dismissed from the Turkish Armed Forces (TSK) on the grounds of 'indiscipline'.
Bahçeli had used the expression, "The application of the separation penalty through the implementation of the mandatory provisions of the TSK Disciplinary Law is a correct and appropriate decision."
