Allegations that Uğur Kılıç's killer Abdurrahman Keskin was 'tortured to death'!

Alaattin Çakıcı divorced Dündar Kılıç's daughter Uğur Kılıç in 1994, and Uğur Kılıç was murdered one year later. Alaattin Çakıcı was identified as the instigator of the murder.

According to a report in OdaTV, it has been claimed that Abdurrahman Keskin, who committed the murder that was widely discussed in the 90s, was recently tortured to death in Sakarya.

Abdurrahman Keskin had been released from prison in 2002.

Speaking to Gazete Duvar, Abdurrahman Keskin's brother Hüseyin Keskin explained that he last spoke to his brother by phone 15 days ago and that his voice sounded 'very bad'.

Hüseyin Keskin said that upon hearing the news, he went to the police but received the response, "We have no information."

'THERE ARE THINGS I KNOW'

Keskin stated the following:

“Following the news that my brother was found dead in Sakarya after being tortured, I went to the Zonguldak Police Department to try to confirm the murder. Police officials stated that they had spoken with the Sakarya Police Department and that there was no information on the matter, and that the incident might have occurred in a gendarmerie jurisdiction. There is a murder here. It is said that he was tortured, and we cannot find anyone in the state to address. My father is 85 years old and on his deathbed. The police and gendarmerie have my mobile phone number. If they wanted to, they could have found me at my home immediately. I request this from the Governor of Zonguldak and our Police Chief. If my brother fell victim to a murder, let them show me his body. If this news is not true, I want to learn that as well. If my brother was indeed murdered, this is not an ordinary murder. There are things I know. I was expecting an answer from state officials.”

Alaattin Çakıcı was tried on charges of being the instigator in the murder of his ex-wife Uğur Kılıç and was sentenced to life imprisonment in 2006. The court later reduced the sentence to 19 years and 2 months by applying a provocation discount. Çakıcı was released from prison following the execution regulation enacted in recent years.
