The investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office into Can Holding is deepening.
Kasımpaşa Sports Club President Mehmet Fatih Saraç, who is among the names appointed as a trustee in the investigation file, has also given a statement.
According to information provided by halktv.com.tr columnist İsmail Saymaz, Saraç went to the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office on October 3 and gave a statement in the capacity of a "suspect."
During the prosecutor's interrogation, Saraç was asked questions regarding the financial relations between Park Holding and Kasımpaşa Sports Club.
Saraç denied the accusations against him, stating, "I do not have a signature on any payment."
Following the statement procedures, Saraç was referred to the court and released under judicial control conditions.
Mehmet Fatih Saraç, known to the public as "Alo Fatih" due to audio recordings that emerged many years ago, previously served as the Chairman of the Board of Ciner Holding.
EPÖZDEMİR MAY BE INCLUDED IN THE FILE
According to journalist İsmail Saymaz, it is on the agenda for lawyer Rezan Epözdemir, who is currently detained on charges of "bribery," to also be processed within the scope of the same investigation.
Saymaz wrote that Epözdemir could be included among the suspects in the Can-Ciner file.
Meanwhile, it was learned that Epözdemir's request for release was rejected by the court in recent days.
