Announcement from the HSK regarding the results of re-examination requests for the Judicial Decree
The Council of Judges and Prosecutors (HSK) has issued an announcement regarding the results of re-examination requests concerning the Judicial Decree dated June 20, 2025.
In the statement made by the HSK, it was stated that, "Re-examination requests regarding the Judicial Decree dated June 20, 2025, were finalized by the First Chamber of the Council of Judges and Prosecutors as of July 3, 2025, and the concerned parties will be able to learn the results of the re-examination from the inquiry screen provided below.
Colleagues who were not appointed by the decree but who submitted a re-examination request do not have the right to re-examination, and therefore their records do not appear on the inquiry screen," it was said.
In the statement, which provided information on what those whose re-examination requests were rejected should do, it was noted, "Colleagues whose re-examination requests were rejected and who wish to file an objection with the General Assembly of the Council of Judges and Prosecutors must submit their objection requests within 10 days from the notification of the re-examination decision by filling out the explanation section under the 'Judge-Prosecutor Appointment Request Form' heading on the UYAP personnel screen," the statement read.
