The real estate assets of Sümer Holding, which was established by Mustafa Kemal Atatürk in 1933 under the name Sümerbank to develop the economy and later became a holding company as part of privatization, are to be privatized.

13 PROPERTIES TO BE PRIVATIZED

In an announcement published in the Official Gazette yesterday, it was announced that 13 properties belonging to Sümer Holding in 8 provinces have been put up for sale. It was stated that the tenders will be conducted through a "bargaining" procedure by receiving sealed bids. It was requested that the bids be delivered to the address of "Bahçekapı Mahallesi Atatürk Orman Çiftliği Kümeevleri".

According to the announcement, 13 properties will be privatized through the sale method, including one each in the districts of İhsaniye in Afyonkarahisar, the center of Amasya, Mecitözü in Çorum, İlkadım in Samsun, Menemen in İzmir, Çatalca in Istanbul, and Gölbaşı in Ankara, as well as three each in the Yenimahalle district of Ankara and the central district of Ağrı. The tender specification fee has been set at 5 thousand liras for properties in Ankara and Istanbul, and 4 thousand liras for those in other provinces. Temporary collateral amounts range between 400 thousand liras and 1 million 500 thousand liras.
