The body of another worker who remained under the soil during the landslide in İliç, Erzincan, has been recovered. It was learned that search efforts for 7 workers are ongoing.
The body of another worker who was trapped under the rubble during the landslide that occurred on February 13 at the mining site operated by Anagold Madencilik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. in the İliç district of Erzincan has been recovered.

WHAT HAPPENED?
A landslide occurred at around 14:30 on Tuesday, February 13, at the Çöpler Mine, where Anagold Madencilik has been producing gold since December 2010.
It was stated that a mass calculated to be 10 million cubic meters had shifted. 9 workers at the mine were trapped under this mass.
On April 5, the body of one of the workers was recovered.
