Apple updates prices in Turkey: 67 percent hike!
Apple Music has implemented a significant increase in subscription fees for users in Turkey. The hikes in student, individual, and family plans are notable.
Apple Music has significantly raised its subscription prices in Turkey. With the new adjustment, the student plan has increased by 65 percent, rising from 19.99 TL to 32.99 TL. The individual subscription fee has risen from 39.99 TL to 59.99 TL. The largest increase occurred in the family plan at 67 percent, with the price jumping from 59.99 TL to 99.99 TL.

These price increases affect individual users as well as those on student and family plans. The 65 percent hike for the student plan, in particular, may reduce the appeal of this option. The price increase in the family plan is leading to comparisons among digital music services.
Apple Music previously offered more affordable prices in Turkey compared to competitors like Spotify and YouTube Music. However, with these hikes, Apple's prices have reached a level closer to its competitors.
