Appointment decisions published in the Official Gazette

Appointment decisions regarding the Council of Forensic Medicine and the Turkish Justice Academy have been published in the Official Gazette.

According to the decisions published under the signature of AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Turkish Justice Academy President Muhittin Özdemir has been removed from his post and replaced by Bekir Altun.

Specialist Dr. Mehmet Ali Selçuk has been appointed as the President of the Second Specialized Board of the Council of Forensic Medicine; Specialist Dr. Ömer Asan as a member of Mental Health and Diseases for the Third Specialized Board; Specialist Dr. Şener Ağaç as a member of Radiology for the Seventh Specialized Board; Specialist Dr. Esma Akdemir as a member of Forensic Medicine for the Ninth Specialized Board; Specialist Dr. Hanife Balcı as a member of Internal Medicine for the Ninth Specialized Board; Specialist Dr. Tuğba Özbulat as a member of Forensic Medicine for the Tenth Specialized Board; Specialist Dr. Muhammed Emre Yılmaz as a member of Forensic Medicine for the Eleventh Specialized Board; and Specialist Dr. Halit Çakır as a member of Forensic Medicine for the First Specialized Board.

Prof. Dr. Şenol Turan, a faculty member at Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa, has been appointed as the President of the Tenth Specialized Board of the Council of Forensic Medicine; Prof. Dr. Osman Sağdıç, a faculty member at Yıldız Technical University, as a member of Food Engineering for the Fifth Specialized Board; Prof. Dr. Selçuk Daşdemir, a faculty member at Istanbul University, as a member of Medical Biology for the Fifth Specialized Board; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Kılıç, a faculty member at Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa, as a member of Pediatric Neurology for the Sixth Specialized Board; Prof. Dr. Halil Koyuncu, a faculty member at Üsküdar University, as a member of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation for the Seventh Specialized Board; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Ertürk, a faculty member at the University of Health Sciences, has been appointed as a member of Cardiology for the Seventh Specialized Board of the Council of Forensic Medicine, and Assistant Professor Nedim Uzun, from the University of Health Sciences, has been appointed as a member of Emergency Medicine for the Seventh Specialized Board.
