The incident occurred on Atatürk Street in the Kilimli district of Zonguldak.

The right hand of 23-year-old Mustafa Ç., who works at a grocery store, became stuck in a meat grinder. After his colleagues notified the 112 Emergency Call Center, AFAD, police, fire department, and medical teams were dispatched to the scene.

Efforts to assist the employee, whose arm was caught in the machine up to his elbow, lasted for approximately one hour.

Unable to be freed from the machine, Mustafa Ç. was transported to the ambulance along with the machine.

It was reported that the young man was taken to Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University Hospital and underwent surgery.
