Armed attack on New Year's Eve on an association belonging to a church in Istanbul: 'O infidels, we will not allow it'

An armed attack was carried out from a vehicle on an association belonging to the Kurtuluş Church in Istanbul's Çekmeköy district. It has emerged that the same church was subjected to a similar attack last year.

According to an exclusive report by Çağdaş Evren Şenlik and Ramazan Eğri from Ekol TV, an armed attack was carried out on an association belonging to the Kurtuluş Church in Çekmeköy on the evening of December 31.

The attacker, who was inside a car, fired shots at the shop while also attempting to tear down signs located on the street.

ASSOCIATION TARGETED

Reacting against citizens who wanted to celebrate on New Year's Eve, the attacker targeted an association belonging to the Kurtuluş Church in Çekmeköy.

The attacker said, "We will not allow you to brainwash our Muslim youth! O infidels, you will be defeated and gathered and driven to hell."

BULLET HIT THE WALL

The bullet, which was fired directly at the association from the car, pierced the iron shutter and the glass before hitting the wall.
