Arrest request for listening device found in Mayor Yazıcıoğlu's office: Two suspects
The investigation continues regarding the discovery of a listening device in the office of Tokat Mayor Mehmet Kemal Yazıcıoğlu, son of the late Recep Yazıcıoğlu. Within the scope of the investigation, two individuals have been referred to court with a request for arrest.
According to information obtained, yesterday in theevening hours, duringchecks conducted bysecurity units,a listening device wasdiscovered. Following the detection of the situation, the matter was immediately reported to judicial and law enforcement authorities.

The Tokat Chief Public Prosecutor's Office and the Provincial Police Department's Cyber Crimes Division Branch DirectorateUnder the coordination of thejudicial and technical investigation into the incident was initiated.To ensure the investigations are conductedproperly,the Canikli Mansion wassecured,while a detailed and meticulous effort was carried out in the relevant areas.was carriedout. 2 PEOPLE, INCLUDING A MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEE, DETAINED
Within the scope of theongoing investigation, the detentionE.Y., who was taken into custody, and municipal staff member Y.Y. were referred to the courthouse following their procedures at the police station. The suspects were referred to the court with a request for their arrest following their statements to the prosecutor.
