Arrest requests for 10 suspects in drug investigation
Out of 23 suspects detained as part of a drug investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, 10 have been referred to court with a request for arrest. House arrest was requested for one suspect, while judicial control measures were requested for the remaining suspects.
The police procedures for 23 suspects, including well-known figures, who were detained as part of a drug investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, have been completed.
Following health checks, the suspects were referred to the courthouse. After their statements were taken by the prosecutor's office, Tolga Çam, Ferhan Kaya, Murat Saygı, Enis Ahmet Onat, Emre Tari, Hasan Vatan, Reyhan Küçükyeğen, Mehmet Yıldız, Tessy Ramos Correira, and Rafet Eren Yorulmazer were referred to the criminal judgeship of peace with a request for their arrest.
While it was requested that a judicial control measure in the form of house arrest be applied to suspect Ali Efe Bezci, a travel ban was requested for others, including Ayşe Hatun Önal, Ahmet Karoğlu, Kerimcan Durmaz, Kenan Doğulu, Beren Saat, Mehmet Cem Karcı, Berdan Mardini, Ozan Doğulu, Yaşar İpek, Enis Arıkan, and Selin Ciğerci.
