Arrest warrant issued for Oğuzhan Uğur
9 people, including Oğuzhan Uğur, who were detained in the Ahbap investigation, have been arrested.
Within the scope of the Ahbap investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, 10 suspects, including Oğuzhan Uğur, had been detained.
The suspects, whose procedures at the police station were completed, were referred to the courthouse. Following their statements, suspects Oğuzhan Uğur, Ersin Gökgün, Muharrem Karataş, Gülgün Öztürk, Emre Kartaloğlu, Hüseyin Küçük, Suzan Düşküner Mintaş, Fatih Eke, and Emir Taşar were referred to the criminal judgeship of peace with a request for arrest on charges of 'breach of trust due to service' and 'laundering of assets derived from crime.' Suspect Özgür Ömer Güner was referred to the judgeship with a request for judicial control.
OĞUZHAN UĞUR ARRESTED
While an arrest decision was issued for 9 of the suspects who appeared before the judge, including Oğuzhan Uğur, Özgür Ömer Güner was released under judicial control conditions.
