Interpreting these developments in the country as 'steps of negligence and betrayal serving the Greater Middle East Project (BOP)', the association included the following statements in their press release:

TO THE PRESS AND THE PUBLIC

On one hand, policies that leave the nation breathless and silent through ignorance caused by a collapsed education system, and poverty trapped in an economy that is a failure in production and dependent on crises,

On one hand, efforts for a "New (actually 103 years old) Constitution" that are being tried to be force-fed with the sweetener of "getting rid of the coup constitution",

On one hand, attempts to add new millions to the masses disguised as refugees, whose numbers have long exceeded 10 million and whose true identities are unknown, which are ruining our demographic structure,

On one hand, calls to "rally around our President" based on the threat that "Israel will attack us," which is being fanned by the co-opted media,

On one hand, the recklessness of "let's change the unchangeable articles of the Constitution," which is being voiced by some politicians, adopted by certain officials, and joined by others without hesitation,

And on the other hand, the mental lapses that have gone as far as saying "Let the terrorist leader speak in parliament" during the days we are celebrating the 101st anniversary of our Republic ...

All of these are "steps of negligence and betrayal ..." that serve the Greater Middle East Project (BOP), which is fixed by a map aimed at destroying our Unitary Nation-State, brought to the agenda as a modern-day Treaty of Sèvres, based on the day-dream of Western imperialism that has been pursued for 100 years without deviation: "to divide the Laic Republic of Turkey by transforming it into a Middle Eastern-style Religious State under its control."

The Atatürkist Thought Association, by the mandate of its duty received from the Great Atatürk, whose name it bears, and its revolutionary martyr founder Prof. Dr. Muammer Aksoy, and by reason of its very existence, is determined and resolved to fight with all its might to prevent the Greater Middle East Project (BOP) by using all its democratic and legal rights, and to once again frustrate imperialism and its collaborators.

We call upon all our anti-imperialist, patriotic, Atatürkist institutions and organizations, our Democratic Mass Organizations, our Political Parties, and our valuable citizens to join this struggle for the Defense of Law (Müdafaa-i Hukuk).

"The Republic of Turkey will remain forever. Our password is one and unchangeable, EITHER INDEPENDENCE OR DEATH!"
