An attack was carried out on the private Avcılar Hospital, which was closed as part of the newborn gang investigation in Avcılar, by an angry citizen who claimed his child was harmed due to improper treatment. While the man was taken into custody, the moments of the incident were captured on security cameras.
IT WAS CLOSED AFTER THE NEWBORN INVESTIGATION
The incident took place this morning in Avcılar. According to the information obtained, a man identified as Ö.Y., whose child had received treatment at Avcılar Hospital—one of the hospitals mentioned in the newborn gang investigation and closed some time ago—arrived in front of the hospital after consuming alcohol.
INTOXICATED CITIZEN DROVE HIS VEHICLE INTO THE HOSPITAL
Ö.Y. broke the hospital door and windows with an iron bollard he grabbed and by kicking them. He then reversed his vehicle and caused damage to the hospital wall as well.
Upon the notification of citizens in the vicinity, police teams affiliated with the Avcılar District Police Department arrived at the scene. The driver, Ö.Y., who was found to be intoxicated during the test, was taken into custody by the police and brought to the police station.
