Attempted attack on Orkun Özeller by MHP district official: Relatives of martyrs intervened
Retired Staff Colonel Orkun Özeller, from the Turkish Armed Forces Special Forces Command, was the target of an attempted attack before a talk he was set to give in Trabzon. It was learned that the person who carried out the attack is an MHP Beşikdüzü district official.
Retired Staff Colonel Orkun Özeller, who was detained and arrested following a complaint by MHP Chairman Bahçeli, was released in recent weeks.
An attempted attack was made on Orkun Özeller before a talk he was set to give in Beşikdüzü, Trabzon.
The physical intervention against Özeller was prevented by participants, including relatives of martyrs.
It was learned that the attacker is Ahmet G., an MHP Beşikdüzü district official.
