Axe-wielding killer arrested
The suspect who killed his wife with an axe in Kırklareli has been arrested.
The interrogation of the suspect, Recep Çetin (64), at the public prosecutor's office has been completed following his processing at the Provincial Security Directorate.
The suspect was ordered to be arrested by the criminal judgeship of peace to which he was referred by the prosecutor's office.
Recep Çetin (64) had gone to the Provincial Security Directorate yesterday to turn himself in, confessing that he had killed his wife, Aysel Çetin (58).
Police officers who went to the suspect's home in the Pınar neighborhood determined that Aysel Çetin had lost her life due to a blow to the head.
