Ayşe Ateş's final call ahead of the trial on July 1

With only days remaining until the trial for the murder of former Ülkü Ocakları president Sinan Ateş, Ayşe Ateş continues to post about her husband and the trial scheduled for July 1.

During this period, Ateş, who has received harsh criticism and reactions, particularly from the MHP front, has responded to almost every comment, demonstrating that she is closely following the process.

Reacting to the characterization of statements made during the lead-up to the trial as a process initiated to frame the MHP and the People's Alliance as guilty, Ateş made a new post shortly before the trial, perhaps issuing a final call. 

Stating, "May God grant success to those who stand by justice," Ayşe Ateş included the following expressions in her post:

To the public,

We are watching with horror as certain circles claim that the demand by Sinan Ateş's family, friends, and loved ones for all the dark aspects of this political murder to be illuminated is an attack against the People's Alliance, and as they attempt to shape public opinion in this direction.

We observe with astonishment and surprise that these circles are subjecting the speech our President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan made at his party's group meeting recently to arbitrary interpretation, twisting it to suit their desired narrative, and attempting to create a legitimate ground for their denials and slanders regarding the Sinan Ateş assassination.

In this context, we want the public to know that the statements, posts, and broadcasts made by individuals, groups, or organizations pointed to by these circles regarding the illumination of the Sinan Ateş assassination have no connection to us, nor do they represent our position. The beginning and end of the mutual settling of scores conducted over this political murder do not concern us. Our area of responsibility is limited to the field of struggle we are conducting ourselves. Our greatest wish is that our search for justice is not used as material for these conflicts.

Furthermore, those circles claiming that the natural and legal search for justice we are conducting is an attack against the People's Alliance are obligated to satisfy public curiosity by explaining, within a cause-and-effect relationship, how revealing whoever is behind or in front of this political murder would harm the People's Alliance. Because our demand is for all the dark aspects of this political murder, committed in broad daylight in the heart of the capital, to be illuminated. 

On this occasion, we declare to the public that we will not allow anyone to stain or dilute our struggle for justice; we will not allow them to muddy the clear water.

We are here and we repeat:

The Right is with us, and so is the truth!

Our foreheads are clear, our faces are pure!

Our guarantor is a spotless past, our goal is a future where justice is served!

That is why on July 1, we will shout from Sincan louder than ever: "Let justice be served, even if the world falls!"

Let it not be forgotten that at the end of this process, we will witness either the miracle of a birth or a funeral ceremony.

We will either say "Bismillah!" or "Rest in peace!"

Precisely for this reason, there is a great test for everyone in Sincan.

May God grant success to those who stand by justice.
