Talent manager Ayşe Barım, who was placed under house arrest in the Gezi Park case, was hospitalized after fainting at her home.
Talent manager Ayşe Barım, who was released to house arrest after 248 days in detention during the trial regarding the Gezi Park protests, has been hospitalized.
The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office had appealed Barım's release.
The Istanbul 26th High Criminal Court, which had ordered Barım's release, rejected the appeal, stating that the decision for release under judicial control was appropriate. The file was sent to the Istanbul 27th High Criminal Court for the evaluation of the objection.
The next hearing for Barım, who faces up to 30 years in prison, will be held on February 11, 2026.
