'Aziz İhsan Aktaş' development in CHP congress case: Added to the file
In the case regarding the 38th CHP Ordinary Congress, a copy of the indictment belonging to the Aziz İhsan Aktaş case was forwarded to Ankara and added to the file.
A copy of the indictment for the "Aziz İhsan Aktaş criminal organization" case, which is being heard at the Istanbul 1st High Criminal Court and involves the trial of numerous CHP mayors, has been sent to the criminal case concerning the CHP Congress.

According to the report by Cumhuriyet Newspaper, the court in Ankara requested the indictment of the case currently being heard in Istanbul to examine it within the scope of its ongoing investigation.
In line with this request, the prepared copy of the indictment was delivered to Ankara and included in the existing case file.
During the third session of the criminal case opened regarding allegations of irregularities at the 38th CHP Ordinary Congress on February 23, a request had been made to merge the current file with the "Aziz İhsan Aktaş Criminal Organization" case.
