Aziz Yıldırım denies '9 million gesture' claim
Aziz Yıldırım has categorically denied claims that he gifted an electric car to Mesut Özil. Yıldırım announced that the report is completely untrue and that he will initiate legal action.
Former Fenerbahçe president Aziz Yıldırım has issued a statement regarding the widely circulated reports titled "A 9 Million Gesture from Aziz Yıldırım to Mesut Özil."
In his statement, Aziz Yıldırım said the following:
"The report published in today's Kelebek supplement of Hürriyet newspaper, under the byline of Mehmet Üstündağ, titled 'A 9 Million Gesture from Aziz Yıldırım to Mesut Özil,' is completely false.
I have not seen Mesut Özil for a long time. What purpose are you serving with these types of stories, which are devoid of all moral values and fabricated solely for the sake of selling more copies?
I state that I will exercise my legal rights regarding this entirely untrue report, and I request that the public not give credence to such fake news."
