Babala TV releases video: Oğuzhan Uğur recorded it before being detained
Babala TV has shared a video that Oğuzhan Uğur recorded before he was taken into custody.
It has emerged that Oğuzhan Uğur, who was detained on July 17 and arrested on July 21 as part of the Ahbap Association investigation, recorded a video before his detention.
The video in question, recorded on July 16, was shared on Babala TV's YouTube channel. The following note was included at the very beginning of the video:
"ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE PUBLIC
This video was recorded before Oğuzhan Uğur was detained. He was taken into custody in the early hours of the morning while he was still editing this video.
All information, documents, and claims included in the video are based on concrete evidence.
As Babala TV, we have stood before the public with our open identities for years. We are in the same place today.
As the Babala Team, we are eagerly awaiting the day when Oğuzhan Uğur, of whose innocence we are certain, will return to us. We will continue to stand by him throughout this process.
Respectfully,
Babala Team"

Uğur, who gave a speech lasting approximately 40 minutes, shared the process experienced since the February 6 earthquakes centered in Kahramanmaraş with the public.
Stating that his statement was not intended as a defense, a political declaration, or an act of revenge, Uğur noted that short clips taken from the video could lead to misunderstandings, and said, "This is a complete video with a beginning and an end. Please do not select individual sentences from it to report as news."
